The instructor is available to help you with assistance regarding course content. The following are various methods to obtain the help you need. Announcements Students are encouraged to check course Announcements frequently (in WebTalk). I will utilize Announcements to communicate messages to the class as a whole about specific content issues. Content Help Discussion Students who have questions that could help all students in class are encouraged to post the question in the Content Help discussion area (in WebTalk). I will check this area frequently and post responses to the benefit of all. Personal E-Mail or Phone If you have a question about your answer on an exam, feedback on your project, a grade or other content issues that you feel require more personal interaction, please contact me via telephone or e-mail. Library Help There are some assignments and readings that require you finding materials available online from the MSU Libraries. If you need help, the course library liaison is available to assist you. Technical Help For technical information such as course hardware and software requirements, how to download files and how to locate the RealPlayer, and all other technical issues concerning the technological building blocks of our Virtual University, we have provided online training materials for each course component (including WebTalk, e-mail, chat, realvideo, and any other learning tools the professor may choose to implement.) In an actual VU course, this area would be filled with links to each of the applicable aforementioned training materials. Telephone Help for Virtual University Students Please call Michigan State University's 24-hour toll-free help desk for information on Virtual University courses, technical support, enrollment assistance, access to MSU Library resources, or other help before or during your on-line course.
